So who am I?

I’m a Marketing and Brand leader with a touch of magic ✨. I make award-winning campaigns that truly connect with audiences and drive real, measurable success for clients.

With expertise in brand strategy, employer brand and EVP, marketing innovation, and creative campaigns, I’m committed to turning insights and research into impactful communication strategies. I’m all about digging into data, research, and cultural insights to feed robust creative strategy. I’ve got an eye for what resonates, and how to uncover the magic that makes a campaign come alive. Whether I’m leading a team or a project, I have a knack for getting things done; quickly identifying objectives and the right resources; my network, technology, tools, and teams and suppliers to achieve success.

My experience working with senior stakeholders and massive agency networks has developed my influencing skills to a fine art. From C-suite execs to MOD leaders, I build relationships that aren’t just effective, they’re trusted. I know when to be bold, innovate and when to take a more strategic, measured approach.

I started my career in recruitment with brands like Avon, Rolls Royce and Nationwide. This has given me a rock solid foundation in resourcing, employer branding and candidate attraction that’s been key to my work in that space ever since. The combination of marketing savvy and recruitment know-how is my secret sauce for transforming employer brands.

One of my proudest moments? My pivotal role with The British Army when applications hit a plateau. We flipped the recruitment strategy bringing in an emphasis on long term brand building fused with strong creative strategy that worked hand in hand with media, effectiveness and inclusive recruitment into one clear communication strategy. The result? “This Is Belonging” an inclusive, emotional, and downright successful campaign platform that delivers both short AND long-term results.

Data-driven? 100%. I believe in making decisions count (and had to) and I ensure strategies are underpinned by solid measurement and evaluation frameworks. Data isn’t just numbers, it forms the backbone of a strong narrative and helps prove the business case for great employer brands and marketing in driving commercial KPIs. I’m good with both Martech and an ATS, streamlining process and tracking results every step of the way.

Whether it's providing bid writing support, developing solutions, attending competitive dialogue, writing for social value, or scrutinising bid submissions to be their best, I can help, and writing clear briefs, and assessing agency pitches goes with the territory.
